The film is set in the desert on the border between Colombia and Venezuela, where petrol smugglers, the “pimpineros”, risk their lives transporting illegal fuel from one country to the other. Juan (Alejandro Speitzer) is the youngest of three brothers caught up in this dangerous business, forced to work for a sinister rival. Juan’s girlfriend Diana (Laura Osma) sets out on a quest for the truth to uncover the cruel secrets that surround this no man’s land.
