The jackal is shown driving a white Alfa Romeo Spider
Plot
The Jackal is an elusive killer who earns his living by contract killings for the highest fees. He soon meets a worthy opponent in the face of a tenacious British scout who tracks him down in a thrilling cat-and-mouse chase across Europe.
Graham Norton and guests: Denzel Washington/Paul Mezcal/Sirsha Ronan/Eddie Redmayne/Blossoms (2024)
In “The Day of the Jackal” (1973), the Jackal also drives a white Alfa Romeo, albeit an older model. Eddie is incredibly good on this show, as he is in everything he does.
But the show shines as one of the best on TV right now because of Eddie’s performance
The MI6 agent doesn’t fit the role at all, she’s not creepy, incompetent and has too much air time. The whole show could have been more exciting if only the Jackal was in sight, but as it is; Eddie has an MI6 agent with him whose name escapes me because it is so easily forgotten.
Easy with time and I have the attention span of a goldfish
The story isn’t exactly complicated, but with the exception of the MI6 agent, the rest of the cast is amazing. They don’t spend much time on drama, they spend the vast majority of time on the jackal, which makes this show awesome.

It’s not a slow burn, it’s non-stop (sorry for the MI6 agent).. The new season of Silo is one of the biggest premieres on TV and streaming this month.
