Plot
Karag, a wild-born shape-shifting cougar, joins Clearwater High, a hunter school. With his friends Holly (a squirrel) and Brandon (a bison), he navigates the mysteries and dangers of the Woodwalker world. It’s okay – nothing special, but it’s very much like the book. However, the acting wasn’t that good, and the animation was disappointing, and the music wasn’t up to par either. I wouldn’t watch it again, but for young children it’s a good movie (and good books, which are better than the movie). So: a good movie for kids (but really, it’s a book series for kids and a movie for kids), kids also don’t pay attention to the acting, music, and animation, so they like it (trust me). I would just recommend reading the book (or all of it) before watching the movie, because they really didn’t explain everything, and what they did explain wasn’t always good.
